Application for Leadership Hayward Class of 2023-2024

This prestigious community education and professional development program enables participants to learn about issues and meet leaders in Hayward while earning two continuing education units from California State University, East Bay. The title sponsor of Leadership Hayward is St. Rose Hospital.

Participants will attend sessions one day each month beginning November 2023 and concluding June 2024. Each month the class is immersed in a different content area. Sessions are held throughout Hayward, giving class members first-hand exposure to the subject matter and broadening their understanding of the geographic, economic and cultural diversity of Hayward.

Leadership Hayward is an ideal program for business executive and leaders new to the area, who will benefit from an instance "in" to who's who and what's what in the community. Over the course of the program, participants make strong connections with their classmates – other high-level professionals in Hayward. The networking benefits of the Leadership Hayward experience extends far beyond the end of the program.
