With over a decade of experience, you can still hear the passion in her voice as she describes her journey in recruiting, mentoring, and hiring women in manufacturing. She learned quickly that opportunities don’t just happen, but you create them, and has accelerated her career through connecting with other universities, clubs, and organizations that value DE&I and philanthropy-based values and impact.
