Frank Ferral, president & CEO of the Hayward Chamber of Commerce, has accepted another position outside of the Hayward area and his last day at the Hayward Chamber will be November 30, 2023.
On July 27, 2023, the Hayward Chamber of Commerce unanimously elected its Officers for FY2023-24. Taking over as Chairman of the Board is Todd Falduti, Senior Manager for Southland Mall for over seven years.

Happy New Year! As we close out FY 2021-22 and as 2022-23 begins to dawn, it seems like a great time to reflect on what we’ve accomplished, the journey we’ve taken to get to where we are, and the plans we have for an exciting, bright future.
As we face the unending residues of the pandemic, your chamber of commerce, through the leadership of the board of directors and outgoing president/CEO Kim Huggett, continues to demonstrate their guidance by confirming the chamber is not only “relevant” but is “ESSENTIAL.”
Frank J. Ferral, Program and Public Policy Director for the Greater Stockton Chamber of Commerce, has been named the new President and CEO of the Hayward Chamber of Commerce by the board of directors, and will officially take the position on June 20. Ferral will succeed Kim Huggett, who is retiring after 12 successful and steady years in the position.
The Hayward Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors has announced that President/CEO Kim Huggett will retire in June and that it has commenced a broad search for a new chief executive officer.
Huggett has served the chamber for 12 years, including maneuvering the organization through the darkest days of the pandemic when its budget remained sound and its membership was stable and able to access considerable services.
